Sandari, Batulao Batangas

For most Filipino families,weekends are a time for family bonding. For my family, our weekend "lakwacha" is either spent malling or if I have a client, real estate trips turn out to be just as enjoyable as well.
Last Sunday was no exception. This time our destination was in Sandari Batulao.

My kids and nephews enjoyed feeding the Kois from the reception house fish pond.

Upon arrival at the reception house we were greeted with colorful Kois. My kids were very exited when they were given fish pellets by the staff and they have to feed the Kois themselves.

Wouldn't you like to spend the rest of your life surrounded by these mysterious mountains, Mt. Batulao and Mt. Talamitam? My clients were in awe when they were shown the model house and these two mountains served as a backdrop. Sandari Batulao is perfect for people who are outdoor lovers, adventurous but with laid back lifestyle.

It took us 180 steps to reach "Calamias" river but its all worth it. All of these beauty of nature are just a backyard for a Sandari Batulao homeowner.

4. Right neighborhood : Most of the people don't give priority to the neighborhood places but the thing is that you have to give first priority to your neighborhood sides then other. You can also make a list of your neighborhood places like school , church , garden etc.

5. Home inspection : The first-time home buyers should always need to arrange home inspection before investing a single penny on the house. A home inspector will let you know the deficiencies in the home and well as the loopholes which can give you profit in future.

Summer Days Here We Come

Laiya Beach in San Juan Batangas is now fast becoming a new tourist destination for travelers who are just looking for a nice beach to stay and have fun without the crowds one often finds on other popular beaches. When you say “beach” as a destination in the Philippines, one usually conjures up images of a Boracay-like beach where you can waddle through misc. resorts and shops along a strip of sand and while that concept is becoming more popular (like in Alona Beach in Bohol), many of the more traditional beaches in the Philippines are simply a resort… and a stretch of beach… simply put… where the commercialization ends at the resort itself.
